The Challenge
Serviced London Apartments were running on an off-the-shelf WordPress theme that had reached the end of its life — no longer receiving updates and increasingly difficult to maintain securely. The site's content was outdated, the design was generic, and there was no practical way for the owner to add or update properties without developer involvement. Enquiries were being handled through a basic contact form that didn't capture the information needed to qualify or convert a lead properly.
What We Did
We rebuilt the site on WordPress with a fully custom property CPT (Custom Post Type), giving the owner a clean, simple dashboard interface to add, edit, and manage properties without touching code. Each property has its own structured fields — location, availability, size, facilities — feeding a front-end search and filter system so visitors can find relevant apartments quickly. We built complex multi-step enquiry forms tailored to the information the business actually needs to respond to a lead: dates, group size, requirements. The site is now on an ongoing monthly maintenance retainer covering updates, backups, and security monitoring, with basic SEO foundations in place to support organic visibility.
